What to expect:

• Mild redness and swelling may develop around the hair follicles treated. This typically resolves in a few days.
• It may take up to 4 weeks for the hair treated to shed. Gentle exfoliation after 1 week is okay to try and speed up the natural process of hair loss in the treatment area.
• Sometime dark spots not intended to treat will become darker and peel off over the course of 1 week.

Contraindications:

• Sun exposure for 2-4 weeks before and after treatment
• Sunless tanners 2 weeks before treatment
• Active fever blisters or open wounds in treatment area
• Accutane within last 6 months
• Permanent makeup/tattoo on area to be treated
• Pregnancy
